William C. Frick is the Rainbolt Family Endowed Presidential Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Oklahoma, USA.
Michelle D. Young is the Executive Director of the University Council for Educational Administration (UCEA) and Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Virginia, USA.
